Delaware Bobcats
The Delaware Bobcats (est. 1975) is a women’s ice hockey club dedicated to providing a fun and competitive atmosphere for women who love ice hockey. After recently joining forces with the Snipers Ice Hockey organization, the Bobcats are now based out of the University of Delaware ice arenas in the beautiful college town of Newark, DE.
The Bobcats organization includes players of all ages and levels of skill. Although we are no longer allowed to roster youth players (under the age of 18), the organization is heavily supportive of girls hockey and will gladly provide access to clinics, lessons, off-ice training, and other resources as often as possible.
The Delaware Bobcats organization also boasts a veteran coaching staff, a planned practice schedule for skill improvement, an extensive network of friends and supporters, and a tight-knit community that holds many social functions throughout the year.
We want you! Whether you skate at the advanced level or just want to learn how to play, the Bobcats are always looking to add new members to the Bobcats pride.
